Shipping: 

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days via Fed-Ex. Tracking information will be provided via email once your package has shipped.

Please verify the shipping address is correct, The Nook is not responsible for undeliverable packages. The Nook is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders placed for in-store pick up will be ready based on store availability. In most cases it will be ready same day. If we have to get from another location it could take 1-2 days. We will email or text you when your order is ready for pickup.

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of processing so we recommend picking up your items ASAP.

 

Returns:

The Nook will accept returns or exchanges on regular priced items within 14 days of receipt. Items must not be altered, worn, washed and must have the original tag still attached.

If you return an online purchase you are responsible for return shipping costs. When making a return please include original packing slip along with the items you wish to return. Returns can also be made at any of the 3 locations.
